A bout that takes you lot to see the 125-yr erstwhile Clark Refractor is a must. Unless you come in August or September, don't look to come across fun things at nighttime through the telescopes. Yous may just run across a lot of white stars or star clusters that don't look much different from what y'all see in the sky, so suit your expectations.

Admittedly amazing. This was an unplanned trip- nosotros saw the billboard while driving to the Grand Canyon and idea "that sounds cool" and it WAS. Very ambrosial and a lot of animals to run into (and pet and feed and hug). We were there for one amazing hour. The gift shop was awesome besides.

We spend an AMAZING time at the Deer farm! The staff was very sweet and helpful. We paid $18 per adult to get it to interact with the deers and run into other animals. (You tin interact with others by paying extra). The Deers were coming at yous, it was really beautiful. They offered usa a loving cup of nutrient for 4$ when yous buy the tickets. A pleasant surprise! If you're willing to endure a thirty minute drive of washboard dirt roads the view was worth it! The roads are not well marked, but GPS got us there. I'd recommend printing/taking a map as we lost GPS on our return trip. The Falls are literally in the eye of nowhere! Pictures don't do justice. As you arroyo the falls from the parking surface area, you can hear the water thundering before y'all see it below! Be sure to have a hat, water, and good hiking shoes if yous'd similar to hike downwards to the bottom of the falls. The terrain is very uneven and rocky. Sharp lava rocks. In that location are a few man-made overlooks or shelters, otherwise no shade. Bathrooms were locked on our visit at the finish of March, and then plan accordingly. I empathise March to April to exist the all-time time to see the Falls flowing. Keep children close!! High cliffs and no guardrails!!!

Admittedly incredible... A stunning place that requires a steep hike... Park past the sign and walk the single track road to the high point and so have the trail to the rim of the crater. It's tougher than it looks but worth information technology. Bring water and something with calories. And a special thank you to the owner of this land for allowing access. If you lot go and encounter any litter option it upwards... We only saw 1 piece of trash, and picked it up.

I love visiting historical sites and then I thoroughly enjoyed this trip. Took the beautiful drive from the Volcano. Yep, some of the site was reconstructed a while ago but the site is beautiful and you get a sense for how amazing the building, and the culture that built it, was. I'k happy to see that at that place remains a focus to protect/preserve historically of import sites and land.

Omg! Worth every minute of the drive all of the sites in the National Monument Park is worth seeing! Please don't forget to exist respectful! This is an ancient ethnic site! Oh BTW... the $25 you lot pay for the pass is practiced for i week so pass it on to friends or neighbors!

My blood brother and I stopped past here for some authentic Navajo cuisine on our way to Flagstaff. I had the Navajo taco and he had the beefiness stew on fry staff of life. Please bring the RV park upward to the aforementioned standards. It wouldn't have much,some hookups don't work,sites aren't level,the whole thing looks neglected. Price and location can't be beat, simply shabby🤔

What a great find! We stopped for breakfast and and then spent 2.0 minutes perusing the many souvenirs and collectibles in the shop. Married man had salary and eggs- generous portions and I had the Navajo which was a blue corn pancake, egg and bacon. The waitress was fast, food came speedily and it was succulent. The view of the canyon is beautiful from here. You're near guaranteed to run into a few California Condors hanging out, including number (3)54. These birds are huge and often spread their wings in a spectacular display.

This was so beautiful, worth the stop. Also they have some restrooms that are a welcoming stop. We stopped and ate lunch and took in the views. Absolutely beautiful.

We came looking for California Condor and were not disappointed. Nosotros were there near sunset in September and saw numbers nineteen and 54 flight around and subsequently sitting on the rocks.
